Законопроект за изменение и допълнение на Кодекса на труда, внесен днес за разглеждане от група депутати от управляващата коалиция, предлага удължаване на срока за сключване и отчитане на еднодневните трудови договори по чл.114а за краткотрайна сезонна селскостопанска работа, възложена от регистрирани земеделски стопани. 

Да отпадне задължението за изготвяне на договора в деня на наемането на работника и срокът за сключването му да е 14 дни от полагането на труд предлагат авторите на законодателната инициатива. В мотивите на вносителите е посочено, че по този начин ще се намали тежестта на административната процедура за сключване, регистриране и отчитане на еднодневните трудови договори по чл.114а, ал.1 от КТ. 

Промените в нормативната уредба на сключването на този тип трудови договори ще наложи изменение в текстовете на Наредба № РД 07-8/13.07.2015 г., отбелязват авторите на законопроекта. Еднодневните трудови договори ще следва да се изготвят на база данните от ежедневно водените от земеделските стопани списъци, които следва да съдържат по-малък брой реквизити - данни за страните, място на работа, размер на трудовото възнаграждение, дата на изпълнение на работата.
