Проект за промени в Закона за търговския регистър и регистъра на юридическите лица с нестопанска цел 054-01-18/27.02.2020 г. е внесен за гласуване в НС.

В мотивите към законодателната инициатива е посочено, че се цели намаляване на административната тежест върху бизнеса и създаване на правна възможност за реализирането на Централизирана административна информационна система посредством въвеждането на „Единна входна точка“. Законопроектът предлага предоставянето на възможност за заявяване на актовете по чл. 38, ал. 1, 3 и 5 от Закона за счетоводството чрез „Единна входна точка“ при подаване на годишните финансови отчети и годишните доклади за дейността в Търговския регистър. Така ще осигури интеграция на информационните системи и комплексно използване на данните от НСИ, НАП и Агенцията по вписванията, където се подават отчетите, като по този начин заявителите ще се разтоварят от задължението да ги подават на три различни места.
