Промените в Закона за регистър БУЛСТАТ са приети на първо четене

Днес парламентът прие на първо четене законопроекта за промени в Закона за регистър БУЛСТАТ, с който се предвижда намаляване на административната тежест върху гражданите и бизнеса чрез изграждането на цялостна електронизация на регистър БУЛСТАТ.

Внесеният от Министерски съвет в началото на юни проект предвижда водене на дело в електронна форма за всеки регистриран субект, в което ще се съдържат и документите, въз основа на които е извършена регистрацията му. По този начин регистърът ще се превърне в единна централизирана, публично достъпна и безплатна база данни. 

Държавните органи и тези за местно самоуправление, служителите в администрацията и организации, предоставящи обществени услуги, включително банките, ще трябва да проверяват служебно вписаните обстоятелства за конкретното лице и да не изискват писмени справки или удостоверения. 

Управляващите предвиждат измененията в закона да влязат в сила от 1 януари 2016 г. Очаква се промените в нормативния акт да доведат до намаляване на таксите за услугите, предоставяни от регистър БУЛСТАТ, уточнява се в съобщението от пресцентъра на НС.
