От НАП информират, че от началото на следващата седмица ще бъде активна нова версия на Информационна система „Контрол на горивата“. Тя ще позволява допълнителна логическа проверка при подаване на ЕДД (електронен документ за доставка) за продажба. 

От приходната агенция поясняват, че когато лице – получател по доставка на гориво, подава ЕДД за продажба на същото гориво или на част от него, системата ще извършва проверка дали лицето преди това е потвърдило получаването на горивото с ЕДП (електронен документ за получаване). Проверка ще се извършва и за това да не може да не може да бъде подаден документ вписано с по-голямо количество гориво от това, което е потвърдено като получено по даден е-АДД (електронен акцизен данъчен документ). 

От данъчната администрация уточняват, че в случаите на подаване на няколко ЕДД за продажба по даден еАДД, системата ще осъществява контрол върху сумарно продаваното количество гориво – то не може да е по-голямо от полученото.

Икономическите оператори, подаващи информация за движението на течни горива на основание чл. 118 ал. 10 от ЗДДС, трябвада имат предвид, че заради инсталирането на новата версия на ИС "Контрол на горивата" на 26.10.2015 г. в периода от 11.00 ч. до 11:30 ч. системата няма да бъде достъпна.
