От приходната агенция отново обръщат внимание на новостите при начина за формиране на здравноосигурителния статус на лицата, които са задължително осигурени в Националната здравноосигурителна каса.

От началото на 2016 г. влизат в сила разпоредбите на новата ал.6 на чл.39 от ЗЗО, според която: "Здравноосигурителният статус, необходим за упражняване на здравноосигурителните права на лицата по чл. 33, се формира въз основа на данните за здравно осигуряване от заявления и декларации по този закон, вписвания в официални публични регистри, писмени доказателства, предоставени от лицата, и внесените или дължимите здравноосигурителни вноски."

От НАП поясняват, че практически според новия текст в закона  всякакви други декларации, документи и уведомления, подадени на основание на друг нормативен акт (например Кодекс на труда), вече няма да оказват влияние при определяне на здравноосигурителния статус на лицата. Като пример е посочено, че информацията от регистъра на уведомленията за сключени и прекратени трудови договори вече няма да служи като основание за определяне на даден месец като месец с или без данни за здравно осигуряване.

От данъчната администрация обръщат внимание и на промените в начина, по който се определя здравноосигурителният статус за работещите без трудови правоотношения. При лицата, за които има подадена осигурителна декларация образец 1 с вид осигурен 14, сумата от осигурителния доход (когато дадено лице за конкретен месец получава единствено възнаграждение без трудово правоотношение) трябва да е по-голяма или равна на минималната работна заплата, за да се отчита месецът като такъв със здравно осигуряване.

От НАП съветват да бъде проверяван редовно здравноосигурителния статус, тъй като при прилагането на новите правила има опасност от април  някои граждани, които до този момент са ползвали права на здравноосигурени, без да са подадени съответните осигурителни декларации и да са платени вноски за тях, да се окажат с прекъснати здравноосигурителни права.
