До 25 февруари трябва да бъде направена първата здравноосигурителна вноска за 2017 г. От НАП припомнят, че дължимата сума за здравно осигуряване на безработните лица, които не получават обезщетение за безработица и не се осигуряват от държавата, е 18,40 лв., считано от 1 януари 2017 г.

Причината за по-високата здравна вноска е новият размер на минималният осигурителен доход за самоосигуряващите се лица - 460 лв, определен със Закона за бюджета на ДОО за 2017 г. Тъй като според разпоредбите на Закона за здравното осигуряване лицата, неосигурени на друго основание, дължат осигуровки върху доход, не по-малък от половината от минималния месечен размер на осигурителния доход за самоосигуряващите се лица, безработните ще трябва да внасят 8% върху 230 лв, с 1,60 повече от предходната година.  Добре е да се има предвид, че при банков превод по сметка на НАП (банковите сметки на приходната агенция, актуализирани към 01.11.2016 г. могат да бъдат видяни най-долу в категорията НАП, НОИ, НСИ/Указател) , към дължимата сума за здравна осигуровка трябва да се предвиди и съответната такса за превода. 

От НАП напомнят още, че лицата, за които възникне задължение сами да внасят здравните си осигуровки, трябва да подадат декларация Образец 7. Срокът, в който трябва да направят това, е до 25-то число на месеца, следващ месеца, за който е възникнало задължението. Санкцията при неподаване на тази декларация е от 500 до 1000 лв. 

За да не загубят здравноосигурителните си права, лицата, които се осигуряват за своя сметка, не трябва да пропускат повече от три дължими месечни вноски за период от 36 месеца. От приходната агенция уточняват, че периодът се отчита до началото на месеца,  предхождащ месеца, в който е потърсена медицинска помощ, платена от Националната здравноосигурителна каса.
