По-високата минимална работна заплата от 1 януари 2016 г. налага и промяна в размера на задължителните осигурителни вноски за договорите по чл. 114а от КТ, които работодателите заплащат авансово.

ИА "Главна инспекция по труда" публикува в сайта си, в рубриката „За работодатели и работещи", актуална информация за осигурителните вноски за 2016 г. за еднодневните трудови договори. Таблицата е цитирана по-долу:

Размерите на осигурителните вноски се внасят във фондовете на държавното обществено осигуряване, както следва:

  • фонд "Пенсии" за лицата, родени преди 1 януари 1960 г. – 17,8 на сто;
  • фонд "Пенсии" за лицата, родени след 31 декември 1959 г. – 12,8 на сто;
  • фонд "Трудова злополука и професионална болест" – 0,9 на сто;
  • ДЗПО в универсален пенсионен фонд – 5 на сто.

Размер на вноската за здравно осигуряване в НЗОК – 8 на сто.
