Приходната агенция публикува версия на програмен продукт „Справка по чл.73 от ЗДДФЛ” за изплатени доходи на физически лица за 2015/2016 г. и ръководство на потребителя за работа с него. 

Справката се представя от предприятия и от самоосигуряващи се лица - платци на доходи на физически лица през данъчната година в ТД на НАП по мястото на регистрация в срок до 30 април на следващата година. Важно е да се отбележи, че при изплатени доходи на повече от 5 физически лица, справките по чл.73 от ЗДДФЛ се подават само на електронен носител във формат и по ред, одобрен от изпълнителния директор на НАП.

С помощта на програмния продукт, публикуван от приходната администрация, потребителят може да:

  • въвежда данни за формиране на “Справка за изплатени доходи на физически лица” по чл. 73 от ЗДДФЛ;
  • разпечатва “Справка за изплатени доходи на физически лица” по чл. 73 от ЗДДФЛ;
  • създава файлове, съдържащи данни за “Справка за изплатени доходи на физически лица” по чл. 73 от ЗДДФЛ;
  • генерира и разпечатва придружителното писмо за подаване на справка по чл.73, ал.1 от ЗДДФЛ за изплатени доходина физически лица на електронен носител;
  • проверява създадени файлове, съдържащи данни за “Справка за изплатени доходи на физически лица” по чл. 73 от ЗДДФЛ за съответствие с изискванията на утвърдения формат за създаването им.

Новото във във версия 5.0 от 2016 г. е:

  • Отразени са промени, съгласно утвърден образец на Справка по чл. 73, ал.1 от ЗДДФЛ за изплатени доходи на физически лица за 2015/2016 г.
  • Актуализирана е номенклатурата на държавите.

Инсталационният файл на програмата с инструкциите към него, ръководството за потребителите и обновената номенклатура могат да бъдат намерени в рубриката За бизнеса » Програмни продукти » Справка за изплатени доходи на физически лица в сайта на НАП, както и да бъдат изтеглени от линковете по-долу.
