Задълженията на работодателите в условията на извънредно положение заради Covid-19 съгласно заповедта на здравния министър

Със Заповед № РД-01-154/26.03.2020 г. на Министъра на здравеопазването въведените на 13 март в страната противоепидемични мерки ще бъдат удължени и ще останат в сила до 12.04.2020 г. включително.

Наред с ограниченията във връзка с осъществяването на редица дейности и придвижването през контролно-пропускателните пунктове на областните градове, собствениците на компании, които продължават да работят в условията на обявеното извънредно положение, трябва да спазят определени в министерската заповед изисквания за организация на работния процес:

1. Където това е възможно, преминава се към дистанционна форма на работа;

2. Работодателите организират провеждането на засилени противоепидемични мерки в работните помещения;

3. Работодателите провеждат инструктаж на персонала относно спазване на определени изисквания в условията на епидемия от Covid-19 при осъществяването на трудовата дейност.

4. Не се допускат до работа служители с прояви на остри заразни заболявания.
