От 18 август осигурителите подават данните за изплащане на парични обезщетения от НОИ само по електронен път

От НОИ напомнят, че от 18 август 2020 г. влизат в сила измененията и допълненията в Наредбата за паричните обезщетения и помощи от държавното обществено осигуряване, съгласно които данните от осигурителите при изплащане на парични обезщетения от НОИ вече се декларират само по електронен път.

В интернет страницата на институцията е пояснено:

Удостоверенията за деклариране на данни и обстоятелства от осигурителите и самоосигуряващите се лица във връзка с изплащане на паричните обезщетения при болест, майчинство и осиновяване на дете (приложения №9, 10 и 11 към наредбата) ще се подават в Националния осигурителен институт (НОИ) само по електронен път чрез използване на квалифициран електронен подпис (КЕП) на подателя.

От същата дата упълномощителите, притежаващи КЕП, ще могат по електронен път, чрез формата за контакт с НОИ с достъп до персонални данни (с ЕГН/ЛНЧ и с КЕП), да подават заявление приложение №13 към НПОПДОО. Тя е достъпна чрез рубрика „Е-услуги/Административни услуги“, където, след избор на съответното териториално поделение на НОИ, в което ще се подават документите за изплащане на парично обезщетение, се посочва меню „Въпроси, сигнали и жалби/Форма за контакт с НОИ – с достъп до персонални данни“.

Лицата, чиито трудови договори са прекратени поради ликвидация или прекратяване на осигурителя или служебно от Главната инспекция по труда, вече имат възможност да подават необходимите документи (заявление приложение №15) в НОИ по електронен път отново чрез формата за контакт с НОИ с достъп до персонални данни (с ЕГН/ЛНЧ и ПИК, издаден от НОИ, или с КЕП), като изберат териториално поделение на НОИ по постоянен или настоящ адрес.

По същия начин могат да се подават и необходимите документи за изплащане на парична помощ при смърт на осигуреното лице (заявление-декларация приложение №17) и неполучените от починало лице парични обезщетения и помощи (заявление-декларация приложение №18).

Няма промяна в срока за подаване на документите, както и в начина на изчисляване и изплащане на паричните обезщетения и помощи от държавното обществено осигуряване.
