5 дни повече платен годишен отпуск предлага проект за промени в Кодекса на труда

Законопроектът за изменение и допълнение на Кодекса на труда, внесен на 19 ноември 2015 г. от Георги Кадиев, предвижда увеличаване на размера на платения годишен отпуск по чл.155, ал.4 от КТ от 20 на 25 дни. 

В мотивите си вносителят е посочил, че с допълнителните 5 почивни дни ще се даде възможност на работещите да намалят нивата на свързания с ежедневната трудова дейност стрес, което от своя страна ще повиши продуктивността им на работното място и в крайна сметка ще има положителен ефект върху икономиката. 

Цитирани са данни на синдикалните организации в страната, според които повоече от половината българи са прекомерно стресирани в работата си, което води до неработоспособност, отпадналост, неудовлетвореност и склонност към редица сериозни заболявания като инсулт, инфаркт, диабет, онкологични заболявания. Това според вносителя на законопроекта ощетява икономиката на страната с милиони левове годишно.

Като пример за положителния ефект от по-голямата отпуска са посочени страни като ДАния, Финландия, Франция и др., където работещите имат право на 25 дни годишен отпуск.
