Нов данък за таксиметровия превоз на пътници предвижда проект за промени в ЗМДТ

Внесеният днес в НС законопроект за изменение и допълнение на Закона за местните данъци и такси предлага въвеждането на нов данък, с който да бъдат облагани таксиметровите превози на пътници. 

Данъкът ще се дължи от регистрираните в ИА "Автомобилна администрация" превозвачи, притежаващи разрешение за таксиметров превоз на пътници, издадено от кмета на съответната община. Данъчно задължени ще са и лицата, ивършващи таксиметрови услуги от името на регистриран превозвач, но за своя сметка. 

Вносителите на проекта предлагат размерът на данъка да се определя от общинския съвет до 31 декември на предходната година и границите на събирания налог да бъдат от 400 лв. до 1000 лв. Данъкът ще е годишен и дължим за всеки отделен автомобил, с който се извършва таксиметров превоз на пътници.

Данъчната декларация ще се подава по образец в общината, издала разрешението, до 30 април на текущата година. Данъкът ще се внася също до края на април. При промяна на обстоятелствата, касаещи определянето на данъка, това ще трябва да бъде декларирано в 7-дневен срок. Законодателната инициатива предлага и формула за изчисляване на дължимите суми в случаите, когато разрешението за таксиметров превоз на пътници е издадено в течение на годината. Ако разрешителното бъде прекратено преди да е изтекла годината, за която е платен данък за извършване на таксиметров превоз, надплатената сума ще бъде възстановявана след подадено писмено искане от страна на данъчно задълженото лице.

Ако бъдат приети, новите текстове в ЗМДТ трябва да влязат в сила от началото на 2016 г. 

Бюджетната комисия към НС ще разгледа законопроекта на заседанието си на 10 ноември. Текстът на Законопроект за изменение и допълнение на Закона за местните данъци и такси от 06.11.2015 г. може да бъде видян в интернет страницата на Народното събрание, рубрика Законопроекти, както да бъде изтеглен от прикачения по-долу файл.
