Унгария намалява ДДС ставката за услуги "достъп до Интернет" от 1 януари 2017 г.

Значително по-ниска ще е ДДС ставката за услуги "достъп до Интернет" в Унгария от началото на 2017 г.

От 1 януари доставките на този вид услуги ще се облага с 18% ДДС, за разлика от всички други видове далекосъобщителни услуги, услуги по радио- и телевизионно излъчване или услуги, извършвани по електронен път, за които ще продължи да се прилага стандартната за страната ДДС ставка от 27%. 

За промяната информират от приходната агенция и поясняват, че регистрираните по MOSS лица трябва да прилагат и декларират ДДС  за осъществяваните към Унгария доставки на съответните услуги съобразно новите правила:

  • 27% за доставките далекосъобщителни услуги, услуги за радио- и телевизионно разпространение и услуги, извършвани по електронен път;
  • 18% за услуги "достъп до Интернет" от 1 януари 2017 г.
