Проекти

Докладите на Комисията по бюджет и финанси, включващи позицията и предложенията за промени на работната група по проектите на три ключови за бизнеса нормативни акта - новия Закон за счетоводството, законопроекта за изменение и допълнение на Закона за акцизите и данъчните складове и общия законопроект за промените в ДОПК, са публикувани вчера в интернет страницата на НС.

След обсъждане Бюджетната комисия реши от общия проект за промени в ДОПК, предвиждащ изменения и в други данъчни закони, да отпадне спорният текст, предоставящ на НАП възможност да изисква "пояснения на място" от страна в производството по реда на чл. 45 от Административнопроцесуалния кодекс. Предложението за разширяване на правомощията на данъчните при ревизии предизвика остри критики и от страна на бизнеса, и от счетоводителите. 

Пълният текст на доклада относно общия законопроект за изменение и допълнение на Данъчно-осигурителния процесуален кодекс може да бъде изтеглен от прикачения по-долу файл.

Бюджетната комисия реши да направи промени и в текста на проекта за изменение на Закона за акцизите и данъчните складове. Докладът с приетите и отхвърлени от работната група предложения e достъпен за изтегляне и от прикачения по-долу файл.

Не на последно място по важност за бизнеса е и текстът на дългоочаквания нов Закон за счетоводството, в който също по предложение на работната група в бюджетната комисия са внесени някои промени. В програмата за работа на комисията второто четене на законопроекта е предвидено за 10 ноември. Докладът за решенията по проекта е достъпен за изтегляне от прикачения файл.
