Годишен отчет за дейността на застрахователите през 2014 година

Застрахователите ще могат за първи път през 2015 г. да подават годишните си отчети за дейността по електронен път чрез въвеждане в Информационна система “Бизнес статистика”.

Представянето на годишния отчет в срок до 31 март 2015 г. е задължително съгласно ЗКПО, Закона за статистиката и Националната статистическа програма за 2015 година. Годишният отчет за дейността на застрахователите се попълва от всички застрахователни и презастрахователни предприятия, които са лицензирани по реда на действащото законодателство, на основание чл. 20 от Закона за статистиката.

Онлайн годишен отчет за дейността се поздава преди подаване на годишната данъчна декларация и уникалният идентификатор (Входящ номер) на успешно обработения отчет в ИС „Бизнес статистика” задължително се попълва в декларацията. Страницата на Информационна система „Бизнес статистика” е достъпна на адрес https://isbs.nsi.bg.

На хартиен носител отчетът се подава заедно с годишната данъчна декларация в съответните териториални структури на НАП, по пощата с обратна разписка или в пощенската станция. Входящият номер на данъчната декларация се вписва и като входащ номер на годишния отчет за дейността на застрахователите за 2014 година.

Формуляр за годишния отчет за дейността можете да бъде изтеглен и разпечатан в PDF формат от сайта на НСИ, както и от прикачения по-долу файл.

Важна информация за застрахователните брокери

От Комисия за финансов надзор информират застрахователните брокери, че подаването на годишните отчет и справки за извършваното от тях застрахователно и презастрахователно посредничество за периода 01.01.2014 г. – 31.12.2014 г., се осъществява единствено през портала на КФН, за който всеки застрахователен брокер е преминал процедурата по регистрация и е получил код за достъп и парола. Това трябва да се случи до 31.01.2015 г. Застрахователните посредници, заличени от регистъра на КФН през периода 01.01.2014 г. – 31.12.2014 г., трябва да представят справка за извършваното от тях посредничество към датата на заличаване. Утвърдените актуализирани образци са достъпни тук: http://www.fsc.bg/Zastrahovatelen-pazar-bg-263, както и в прикачения файл по-долу (архивирани). От Комисията информират, че използването на образците, които са сваляни при предишни отчетни периоди, ще гененрира грешка и няма да позволи подаването на годишната информация.
